Hi, my name is Leigh and I am the Managing Director of Prospect Health, Global Talent Partners and a founding partner of GTP Practice Sales.
I started working in recruitment straight from University where I studied sports and exercise science. I immediately knew that I had happened across something that could give me everything I wanted from a career.
I created Prospect Health in 2002 and love working within the healthcare market. The synergy between my degree and the healthcare sectors we work with has enabled me to gain a deeper understanding of the requirements of these markets, and I love nothing more than learning and acquiring knowledge so that we can create something a little bit different from the norm.
My role these days is mainly strategic, making sure we do the right things as a business and we create and maintain an infrastructure to take people with potential and help them excel in order to deliver a highly consistent level of service to the clients and healthcare businesses we work with.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family and 2 kids and I also have a passion for the odd round of golf!
